My Fan clutch isnt seized..... yet. It moves freely but there is a crap ton of friction in there, so It’ll have to be replaced ASAP, before it completely seizes.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Judging by the sound it made, I was sure it seized. Im glad I had a thought just now to go spin the fan with my hand.

go to the google and look up how to do an electric fan conversion. You (and your MPGs) will thank me

...To my knowledge that’s how those work. Besides, I’d much rather have a seized fan clutch than an extremely loose one.

It used to be looser, and Id rather have a seized fan as well, but its incredibly annoying. Plus my fan is cracked so it would have to replaced anyway, might as well do it all.

I just did some research on that, from what Ive seen its not worth the extra cost. I think I’ll just replace the clutch.
